The Local Government Board has agreed to extend for one more year, from June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020, the contract of maintenance service of the Municipal Cemetery "Our Lady of Carmen", pledging to allocate credit for the annuity of 2020 that allows its execution.
According to the proposal of the council of Finance and Contracting, Ana María Cánovas, the extension for the provision of the contract is in favor of Mr. José María Martínez Fernández under the provisions of the legal and economic-administrative specifications governing the procedure.
On May 20, 2014, Totana City Council and the awardee signed the contract for the maintenance service of the Municipal Cemetery of this town.
The term of validity of the contract was set at four years from the date of its formation, and may be extended for annual periods expressly and by mutual agreement, up to a maximum of two extensions, with the total term including six-year extensions. .
