The Illustrious Cabildo Superior de Procesiones de Totana, within its activities for charity and aid to the city, makes an economic contribution to Cáritas - Parish of the Three Hail Marys and Cáritas - Church of Santiago el Mayor, places of help to those in need Totana
Formed by the different Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods of the city of Totana, the Illustrious Superior Chapter of Processions has allocated 1,600 euros for the purchase of medicines for the two offices of Cáritas of the city (800 € each, as reported to Totana.com cabildo sources).
The Cabildo delivered the money mentioned in the Farmacias Ldo.
Crespo Castillo (Mayor Triana) and Ldo.
Martínez Serrano (Plaza de la Constitución), since the tools most in demand and needed by Cáritas are medicines.
In this way, these associations can withdraw drugs at their reference pharmacy without any cost, until reaching the aforementioned contribution.
As in previous years, the Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods of Totana , in addition to their own charitable activities, also work together to achieve a level of welfare in the people of Totana who need help, allocating a quantity of cash to purchase of the precise tools required by the Caritas associations of our city, be it food, medicines - as in this occasion, or other elements, collaborating in a disinterested way with local associations that help those who need it most.
